Thunder Bay has an abundance of local farmers, growers, and producers. I am privileged to use this community for my ingredients. By using as many local products as possible, we are helping to support our local economy as well as reduce our environmental impact.

Menu items will be available for direct pick up for pre-orders.

Our pick up days for summer will  be Fridays from 12:00-2:30pm and 3-4:30pm. We are also offering

pick up at Rose N Crantz Roasting Co!

Our products are also be available through Superior Seasons on Wednesdays and Saturdays, in the freezer section at The Cheese Encounter, at the Superior Seasons Farm Store in Goods & Co, and at Rose N Crantz Roasting Co.

Packaging: 

The Bridge Kitchen proudly uses only reusable and/or biodegradable packaging. Please feel free to bring your own containers for baked goods. Paper bags/containers will also be provided.
