About us
Hi! Thanks for taking the time to check out our website!

My name is Anali, and I operate out of a licensed home kitchen in the Bay Algoma Neighbourhood. In the past 4 years, you may have met my energetic and creative assistant, Neko, but unfortunately she had to leave last fall for a new position in junior kindergarten. My sister Zoë, while not currently living in Thunder Bay, shares a passion for local food and community, and handles the social media and marketing portion of the business.
We have created this business with a focus on local ingredients and sustainability. We are so fortunate to have access to a wonderful community of farmers and producers, and we strongly believe that food that travels less tastes better. We offer a weekly menu of sweet and savoury brioche buns, baked fresh or available frozen for you to bake at home! We base this menu on ingredients we can find locally, and with the help of Superior Seasons Online market. We also process and freeze most of our produce during the summer and fall so that it is available most of the year. Another one of our staple menu items is spanakopita triangles. We grew up with them as a favourite in our household, and we want to share them with you!
We offer compostable and plant based containers for pick up, but if you’d prefer to bring your own containers for pick up we love that too! We are a takeout only location (summer pick up hours are Wednesday from 11am-5pm), and orders need to be made in advance. You can also find our products on Superior Seasons Farmers' Market online, and at the Farm Store in Goods & Co. Market. Freshly baked cardamom buns can also be found at The Cheese Encounter on Fridays, and they also carry some frozen products in their freezer.
Thanks again for your interest, we’re so happy to see that so many of you value local ingredients as much as we do.
